DRIVING MEDIA TO PROMOTE LAND ACQUISITION & HOME SALES

A developer of luxury townhomes, condos and multi-family projects, EYA transforms complex opportunities into vibrant neighborhoods.

While they used advertising to drive sales, they lacked public relations support to handle issues management, promote land deals and launch sales centers. Choptank was initially engaged to manage media relations and help gain government and community endorsement for Robinson Landing in Old Town Alexandra.

With our success, the work quickly grew and we executed proactive media outreach to promote new EYA communities in the District, Maryland and Virginia. Results included coverage in many regional, national and trade media (WBJ, Washington Post, Washingtonian, CNBC, New York Times, NPR, PBS News, Professional Builder and Green Building Design). These efforts were highlighted by the editors of Builder naming EYA to its Design Hall of Fame.
